After that, she gets ready for the job. She takes her job very seriously and happily.





after that, she spends some time with her family and does some homework.




and after that, she works on her Etsy store for 2 hours...




when she builds good relationships in her work she starts on her freelance work and more focus on that work and works with at least 2-3 clients.




Chia seed Detox Water

Chia seeds are very effective so I try to add them to my regular diet food every day. They are proper food with one effective seed; high in protein, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and omega 3 fats, making it a true superfood.

Chia seeds are also great for detoxification. Due to their high fiber content chia seed gel is an excellent way to support bowel elimination so toxins don’t back up and make you sick.

You always want to soak chia seeds before you eat them to check you get the full benefit. chia seeds soak up so much water, if you don’t soak them before you eat them, they can cause dehydration.




Chia Seed Detox Drink Recipe (Lemonade)

Ingredients:

16 ounces purified water
2 tablespoons raw organic chia seeds
1-3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-3 drops stevia

Instructions:

* Add the chia seeds to room temp purified water and stir off and on for about 10 minutes until it forms a chia seed gel 
* Refrigerate for 3 or more hours. Soaking overnight is fine too.
* When you are ready to drink it, add lemon juice and stevia to taste and enjoy.

APPLE CIDER With TURMERIC (DETOX) DRINK

After all that holiday eating and treating, I want to make my health be healthier and take better care of myself. So My New Year is starting with mornings right with this extremely easy-to-make, apple cider turmeric detox water.

This drink consists mainly of apple cider vinegar and turmeric, and it also has some lemon juice. Each of these ingredients is powerful on their own, so when they come together magic happens. Yes, magic!!!!



APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Apple cider vinegar is kind of amazing. It has a long list of proven benefits including:
  1. boosts immune system
  2. acts as a cold remedy 
  3. boosts energy
  4. prevents indigestion
  5. regulates blood sugar level
  6. lowers cholesterol
  7. benefits the skin 
  8. aids in weight loss!

TURMERIC

AND turmeric is also incredibly amazing. Here are just some of the reasons why:
  1. it’s a strong antioxidant 
  2. it has strong anti-inflammatory effects 
  3. it acts as an anti-depressant
  4. it prevents and treats cancer

Like I said, magic. Just think about that, the combination of these two in your body. Fireworks. But I am not going to lie, this stuff does not taste very good. It’s the kind of drink that I plug my nose and gulp it down. But for health, everything is good like everything is fair in love and war like that everything is fair with good health!



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup hot or warm water
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey, or more to taste (optional, to sweeten)
  • pinch of cayenne pepper powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a drinking glass. Stir with a spoon to combine.
  2. Drink immediately.




Flavored Slimming Detox Water

I’ve been making flavored water on a daily basis for a very long time!  I love the precise taste of the fruits in it and it definitely helps me drink more water!  I hadn’t given a ton of thought to the properties of the ingredients.  Recently I saw delicious Detox water by Cassey over at Blogilates and I realized that the ingredients in the flavored waters I’d already been making not only taste wonderful but depending on your additions, they also contain properties that are extremely beneficial to your body!

This Flavored Slimming Detox Water is filled with so many great ingredients!  And even more, it tastes great!  I make this water in a large container and sip on it all day long!
Flavored Slimming Detox Water Benefits
        • Water: The most important ingredient is water!  We all know that water is good for us and we also have heard it’s great for weight loss!  Keeping hydrated boosts metabolism, aids in digestion helps fill you up.  (Not to mention drinking water is great for skin too).

Instructions

  1. Slice the fruit & cucumbers.
  2. Fill a large container or beverage dispenser layering ice and the ingredients. Top to 1 gallon with cold water.
  3. Let steep at least 45 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
